spacious parking area. old model rooms but clean. the room I used didn't have a bath mat. available fridge, aqua, standard toiletries and towels, and there is a wardrobe and table. the fence is not always opened so if it will come in and out is not flexible

Stayed here for a month. It's pretty small but everything seems fine. The food are pretty nice, as long as you don't pick the wrong ones (i like the nuggets by the way). The customer services are mixed, the guys (mas mas) are friendly, though.

All and all, it's a fine place to stay for quite a long time

a great place to have stay overnight or more. thid homestay provides you some facilities like WIFI, breakfast, mushola, meeting hall/ballroom, cafetaria, parking lot, etc. the environment is so cozy and calm, so that your rest here won't be disturbed. it is located at the main street of Jl. raya kertajaya indah. the rooms are so clean and cozy, and so do the bathroom.

The phone number is right and almost available for 24/7. You can book via the phone. The room are clean and big enough. There is some parking lot if you bring any vehicles. The homestay is quiet close to the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). About 10 minutes walk. If you need a room close to the ITS, this one is a good choice.

Homy, clean and neat. Comfort to stay for several days. Usually all rooms full booked for several events such as ITS Graduation.

Unfortunately, when I was there, they're somewhat lack of personnel, so there's no refill of drinking water, and no room cleaning. But other than that, the service is OK.
