not a pleasant experience. the promotional poster on the front glass door ain't even relevant, so when i order the menu I'd in mind the waitress just saying "IT'S BEEN UNAVAILABLE" THEN WHY DON'T THEY CHANGE IT WITH OTHER'S POSTER. so please look after ur own store, take further look what's or what's not to put on it.

and also the fire flying chicken's kinda taste awful and bland. the spicy sprinkles smell and taste as if richeese is doing experimental ingredients on their customers. it smells like medicine or unpleasant strong chemical stuff. it really killed my appetite.

would definitely skip months or even years to take a visit on any richeese factory outlet

Level 3 Hot Chicken is so spicy! Don't you ever order 2 chickens + large size frutarian + ice cream at 8 p.m you won't lose your weight ???? however, it tastes good!!!

Great fried chicken. But place a little hard to reach by car if you missed the turn in.

Nice place to have the famous spicy cheesy chicke. Staff were nice. You'll see a lot of Grab and Gojek driver here serving the food delivery service. Parking lot is also spacious. Younwont get difficulties to find this place because it is located on the main street.

My first time visit the store. It's large and has outdoor place. Was not too crowded, they did health protocol and social distancing. They served us kindly and quickly asap ????
