hi, sorry for the 3/5 star. but I think u deserve it? idk??u200d♀️ It is my second experience I'm trying this Oyo room. (bc it's near to my college u0026 have no choice). in the previous experience, so my family visit me in spring break, and bc my room too small so I decided to go to hotel. I came here with my dad u0026 my younger sister. at 2 AM. the staff wasn't allowed me to stay bc the room only for 2 person. I mean, it is fcking 2 AM? I just want to lay my back u0026 check out 4 hours later but still the staff wasn't give me a permission. can u imagine how dare are they ask me to leave at 2 AM????u200d♂️ so I order gojek to back to my kos. and unfortunately and thank god, i wait 15 min u0026 the driver still wasn't came. maybe he pity on me so she said I can stay. but still this is really bad experience. why you just can't said it on first place? but thank but I will think twice before go to this place again. thx

The receptionist is racist,
The receptionist mocked my wife because she doesn't wear hijab.

-Meanwhile the room is very small, the size of the room is arround 4 x 2 meter.
-The room has poor lightning
-The hotwater in the bathroom doesn't function properly
-The building doesn't have elevator, I must carry two large bag to third floor
-The bedcover is dirty, I don't sure if it has been cleaned or not
-The air conditioner is not cold
-The road acces to the hotel only accessible through 11 pm, then it's closed
-There are some mosquito in the room
-There are no telephone in the room

This hotel is unworthy
Better to avoid it.

Room is plenty clean, small but really enjoy it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And FYI, this hotel not allow the unmarried couple.

May be your hotel would be better if your guests get free breakfast for example like a sandwich or toast and some water or tea in every morning.

The bedroom is kinda itchy, like it hasnt been used for ages, yet not being cleaned at the time I arrived. It's kinda disturbing my sleep at night.
