Best hotel so far. Big window, good service, good meal served..
No complain, they'll be ready and give the service asap after you ask.

All staff also kind and respect all guest. Trolly also there to help you bring your items to room.

Hotel is in the middle of city, so easily can go everywhere.

The room is actually above my expectations of a 3 stars hotel. It has enough space for one (or two) person, good cleanliness, well equipped facilities (they have gym and pool), and super friendly staffs.

Also here’s the best part: LOVE the fact that they don’t use plastic bottles and give us drinking jar in every room with some water dispersers in every corridor!

The only downside is the restaurant is too small. This was bothersome when you’re having breakfast during peak time.

One of the three star hotels under Archipelago groups in Surabaya. Located in Ronggolawe street, Tegalsari, close to Bungkul Park, Darmo Hospital, and also Tunjungan Plaza, the most popular mall in Surabaya. Check in process was done quick, but have to wait few minutes since te room I requested haven't ready yet. Since this hotels have 3 halls, and at that time is married season in Java, so the hotel was always crowded in most time, cons is you have to spare more time to wait to hop on to the elevator. Parking lot was always full because of this. I stayed in the Superior Room, lowest room category for a week. Room was enough for two people, not so spacious, just enough. The only notes from me was the room a bit old, the wood floor on my room was a bit cracky, it sounds 'kriyek kriyek' when you step on it. And found few spots that missed from being cleaned. Bathroom was fine, water heater working properly. Staff was helpful. Quest Darmo also have semi outdoor swimming pool, nice for kids. Price also affordable, worth the price. Overall 7,8/10. Sorry for the mess of the room, since I took the photos when about to check out.

I had my room on the 12th floor, the shower pressure is somewhat under pressure. I love wood panel tile, but please do maintenance. And, please ask the guest of smoking or non smoking floor or room. I was given a smoking floor...which somewhat ruin my stay

Good hospitality, all the staff really nice and have fast respons for all I needs, very helpfull.

The general manager of Quest Hotel (Pak David) have humble and available personality. Thank you for good service, reasonable price and good breakfast.

The location is in the heart of Surabaya City.

I will be back here for my business or family trip if I visit Surabaya.

Already booked in advance through Traveloka, it was already confirmed (maybe it was answered by marketing) and the room in question was promised to be booked for May 15th. My wife ordered a connecting room, she had waited 1.5 and another half so total 2 hours. This happened to many other guests today, May 15, 2022. The manager has met us with a complimentary lunch. We bring 7mo baby who definitely need a nap, who can't stand the heat of Surabaya, need breast milk and are forced to breastfeed in a RESTAURANT, YES YOU DON'T READ WRONG, "IN THE RESTAURANT". Sorry, I still rate 1 as a reminder for your future services. Thank you

The location is very strategic. Center of Surabaya but not in a crowded area. When I came, quite easy to find a parking space. I could smell the smoke in the alley, maybe some customers smoke in the alley. The room is quite good, but my room AC was leaking. However the receptionists offered to check and they fixed it directly. Pool is nice and big.
