I don’t usually leave a bad review out here, but I just hope that this review could somehow help the restaurant reflects on the things they can improve onwards. Not sure if it’s because of the covid after effects, but the quality of the restaurant is very poor. My family and I booked a table a day ahead, yet on the night of our visit there are so many sold out items. It seemed like almost every time we order something, they say they don’t have it, so clearly the night didn’t start so well. Menu itself is VERY big and vary, though sadly, many items are not available and execution wise it wasn’t great as well. Maybe in the future, they can narrow down the menu but nailing the execution instead of having so many option but failing the execution :)
Even though we were the only table on that night, everything was underprepared. Little things like empty soy sauce bottle and empty salt/ chili powder as well. Food took so long to come out, considering (again) we were the only table there :( I ordered myself the Chazue Ramen (Ramen with roasted pork), only then to find out that they don’t have pork. So in the end, they swapped my pork to chicken karaage.
I am so sorry to say this, but that rame was by far the most bland noodles I have had :( when it came, the soup was clear (sorry I didn’t take photo), there wasn’t so much colour in the ramen, so it was very far from being tasty. My sister who also ordered the ramen, had to pour a really good amount of soy sauce, and kind of season it ourselves.
Place is considerably dark, which led to many mosquitoes around. We’ve got to move our legs from time to time to avoid ourselves getting bitten. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience which is quite a shame as they are part of the hotel. Staff are nice and quiet attentive and price wise was pretty standard.
