Very satisfied with this hotel, it's actually well above my expectations considering their inexpensive price. The breakfast was yummy with various range of choices, the room is comfortable and the service was great too (we could pay for our laundry at check out). I ordered room service from their restaurant and the food was delicious with reasonable price. The only thing I wish were different is their location, but I definitely will stay here again should I visit Surabaya in the future.

A good hotel with a rather unpleasant experience, because the air conditioner in my room was not cold at all, in the hot climate of Surabaya. The reason why I didn't change rooms, was because before the room key was handed over to visitors for the night, the air conditioner and other facilities should be checked first whether they are functioning properly or not.
The best thing in this hotel are the restaurants, affordable prices, good taste and also restaurant waiters are friendly.

Not enough space to park car.. too bad i have to cancel my room because of this. Security crew bad attitude, so arrogant and you are not helping. Dear Readers, don't burn your money here, better find another place to stay

Clean and comfy hotel..
Support Free Wifi at room with high speed so u can have meeting online worry-free. Nice food as well.. always recommended to stay back here again

Very modern... very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. I totally enjoyed my stay. I will be back.

They have a good place with a good view. You can chill on the first floor, they have restaurant, coffe and cake. Oh they have outdoor tho

Great service from the staff. The room is spacious and modern. My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with tons of options and each of them tasted great.
