I've stayed here 4 night, the hotel ambience and the room are pretty decent, especially for the prices, however the SERVICES of the receptionist staff ruined everything, i simply ask the receptionist to deliver the breakfast on time cause i'm going to leave early, and guess what i receive, he just told me about how another guest ask the same thing and what should i do is just wait because they have rules and even threaten me not gona receive any breakfast at all, furthermore everytime i ask anything about the hotel differences from another similar hotel, the receptionist always give a "kind" response which is "This hotel is different from the others, so it is what it is, if you cant accept and still have another question, just leave the hotel", like is this how receptionist should say?, and the worst is, when i come, the receptionist are helping his children eat with his wife, and the food scatter everywhere, i mean i dont mind a hotel have a difference rules and custom, but i'm sure receptionist can politely explain, i hope the management read this review and give a proper training to the male receptionist
