The hotel is quite good, located in quite strategic place and easy to reach. However, our stay was a bit disappointing as the pool was closed during the pandemic and the restaurant either. No information in Traveloka so we didn't expect for this. Food was delivered to the room and we only can chose 1 menu. Room was not too clean but the staff was friendly and responsive. When you desire to add extra bed, choose junior suit room as other rooms are a bit narrow, no space for the extra bed.

I've stayed here 4 night, the hotel ambience and the room are pretty decent, especially for the prices, however the SERVICES of the receptionist staff ruined everything, i simply ask the receptionist to deliver the breakfast on time cause i'm going to leave early, and guess what i receive, he just told me about how another guest ask the same thing and what should i do is just wait because they have rules and even threaten me not gona receive any breakfast at all, furthermore everytime i ask anything about the hotel differences from another similar hotel, the receptionist always give a "kind" response which is "This hotel is different from the others, so it is what it is, if you cant accept and still have another question, just leave the hotel", like is this how receptionist should say?, and the worst is, when i come, the receptionist are helping his children eat with his wife, and the food scatter everywhere, i mean i dont mind a hotel have a difference rules and custom, but i'm sure receptionist can politely explain, i hope the management read this review and give a proper training to the male receptionist

The room was surprisingly spacious for a small hotel which is definitely a plus. However, there needs to be an improvement in the room quality, there were some suspicious stains on the floor and the furnitures need to be refurbished, and the towels look pretty old. The pool is also something they need to pay attention more because it looks dirty and smelly. It could be an attraction to the guest if only they take care of it properly.

The place is in the city, near to Plaza Marina Mall...affordable price, the room quite spacious, but the towel has been used for a long time so the colour of the towel is not white. Taste of the food is so so. The employee very friendly and communicative. Good service and fast response

Enough size of room, Clean environment, friendly and polite staff. The cons maybe average food, Other than that awesome stay, I have been loyal customer for few visits to Surabaya.

service is quite good, rooms are clean and spacious. but the bathroom is a bit cramped. when I visited, they made construction so it was a little disturbed. for a variety of food menus only a little. car park is a little difficult.

The staff is nice but the bathroom is smelly. My nose isn't even that sensitive yet I can still smell whatever God forbids me to know.
