location was great, service great too, staff so friendly, clean room and toilet. food is just so so. near marina plaza, theres lot of food there. overall recomended.

Stayed for one night only during my road trip to Bali. Check in and check out was smooth and the room is quite spacious. However, the corridor  was very dark, there were no lightning at all around 5 a.m.

Amaris Hotels by Santika are as always great. It is good for a budget hotel and they provide a free breakfast. I got a room with a quite nice view, which was important for me. But the first time I entered the room, it was so smelly. I had a problem during breakfast in the restaurant. The restaurant staff should improve their service and not to forget the guest's order.

Staying was fine, parking lot was no roof and security in front of the gate was not helpful at all.. Receptionist was busy with things and forgot to greet the visitors
