Sumpah!!! This is the best services of all my hospitality experience throughout my life!!! The nurses are kind and patient. The doctors are smart, calm, and have exact diagnose... i got to this hospital at 8 p.m. and treated immediately by the nurse and doctor. They accept BPJS and truly treat all the medical patient equally (because usually at some hospital the BPJS patients are treated badly, DUH) so this is a recommended hospital for Surabaya citizen!!!

Excellent services have been consistently prepared here. Young, professional doctors are always ready to serve you. If some staffs tend to be curt, it is only because of the ignorant patients; those who are too ignorant to follow the rules.
Besides the excellent services, this hospital have been equipped with some supportive facilities such as eatery, and banks.

As far as I know, the construction of hospitals is done on grants from the central government and some details do not match the "contemporary" conditions. In general, the hospital is clean, asset utilization increases, service increases. Some of the damaged locations are marked but it should be done better (just plastics tape and a bad handwriting slip) Hopefully the performance gets better and becomes the main reference for the people around it. Aamiin.

High class hospital.
Good hospital with full AC, nice service.
Beside that, in this hospital also there are cafeteria, like a canteen. Such as dunkin' donuts , minimarket, place for eat, and baby's store.

if only they can shorten the queue procedurs. most of patient time are wasted for queuing. i can spend 4-5 hours in this place, from regristation until getting medicine, despite i meet the doctor only less than 30 minutes.

New hospital. Clean. So quite. Nice staff. BPJS patients-friendly.
