This has to be one of the best burger chain in Sby. They have lots of food selections from burgers, fried chicken, even pasta. And the drinks are refillable too! Spacious dining and parking lots. Only 3 mins walk from Galaxy Mall. We got to try the buy one get one free burgers. We buy the supreme burger and get free fish burger. The taste was REALLY GOOD. They use real meat and it's so tender and juicy. Definitely coming back next time!

One of the amazing burger in town! Great ambience, very spacious, so many burgers varieties, big portions, the drinks are refillable, and awesome taste too. The services are great, friendly, and pretty fast. The mashed potatoes are seriously super yummy (please don’t judge them by the looks). You can actually choose your own burger’s ingredients which is kind of fun experience :)

A franchise fast food restaurant from Singapore, Burger Up has its outlet in Surabaya. Burger Up offers varieties of burger, fried chicken, fries, etc. Free flow soft drinks are available for purchase of package menu with soft drink. Automated order machine is available just right at the entrance to beat the queue. Payment can be done by cash, card or online payment system. Burger Up Surabaya is located just 2 minutes walking distance from the famous Galaxy Mall. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Parking slots are also spacious.

The place is easy to find,near Galaxy Mall.The crews are polite and friendly.Many various of menus,burgers and chicken. You even can create your own menu. Isn't that awesome? And all drinks are refill able. Only i personally think the outlet manager should set the temperature of air condition just a little bit lower (2 degress), it's not hot,but if they do it...it'll be great. The taste? GREAT.

not really crowded but i need to wait pretty long to get my order. the food is pretty good and they provide reffil for some drink choices that they have (tho if you prefer sweets, i suggest you to bring your own sugar for the reffil)

The place is large and got enough parking space. The burgers got weight and tasted great. The fries are freshly fried with proper seasonings. Definitely one of the best burger shop in Surabaya, especially if you love proper fish sandwich.

Really enjoyed the Double Decker burger here. Surprisingly good!!!
