AC is not cold, side table was not in place, asking for slipper took 1 hour. When asking for help to staff, most of all said, it supposed to be like that. Tried to buy mocktail as stated on room service menu, staff said already sold-out.

What a lazy staff in this hotel. Don't know if the management realize of these things or not

What a great hotel (or at least much better than what I expected) ????.. it’s the 1st time me u0026 my fam spend a few nights at this hotel.. the location is at the heart of Surabaya u0026 easy to go everywhere..

We had 2 types of rooms : family u0026 king deluxe..

The rooms are quite spacious around 32sqm (I think) u0026 very comfy beds u0026 clean bathrooms. They did a good maintenance for sure (good cleanliness thank God ????)They have a good buffet breakfast u0026 quite tasty for hotel standard with sort of “meet-up” lobby which perfect for a short meeting. The staffs are friendly and professional very helpful. I would say the picture at some booking website(s)quite correct describing the hotel ambiance u0026 its rooms

I would say this hotel is nice for family short vacay also for business purpose since they also have meeting room/hall. Like most of hotels in this area, The parking lot is limited however the staff provide “valet parking” services. As far as i know it doesn’t have a swimming pool or bar but it has a gym area.

The room is very clean and fresh. It looks new. The bathroom is very clean though no bathtub. The view from my 16th floor room is awesome. The price is a bit on the high side but acceptable.

we are corporate customer and often book in this hotel,
stayed from 08-09 June 2022
I asked for another access room card key in the front office and had been rejected because they run out the card; Therefore I had to ask the receptionist or doorman every time I wanted to use the elevator.
I and my room mate have our own schedule and it is not comfortable for us to ask one another to open the door since we only have one access card

from this experience we will decide to stop using Aria Centra Surabaya, we will start looking for another one,

kinda have a "meh" experience for my stay this time. it was long ago in 2019-2020 when i last went there

for my latest stay, the room that i stayed in was not as clean as it used to be back then. and i got a different type of room unlike the usual that i got back then despite booking the same type. it was smaller.

deposits 200k needed, services were good, the parking lot is always full like it always has, but the valet service is excellent.

The room is clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and approachable.
