Inexpensive little hotel that fit the bill exactly for a quick one night stay in Surabaya. The rooms were small but enough for 1 or two people. It had a mini safe. Reasonable clean, modern, comfy bed. Showers could use a bit more elbow grease in the corners, but wasn't too objectionable given it's in the humid tropics. I chose it for the location. Close to where I needed to be. The Surabaya City Hall is right across the street. Unfortunately the streets of Surabaya are not that pedestrian friendly; and the intersection the hotel is at is one of those examples. There were a few inexpensive restaurants and warungs if you walk west on Walikota Mustajab. Hassle free and free of surprises, I would stay here again if I had to visit the place again.

Dirty, tired and in need of modernising. The beds are uncomfortable, towels are many years past their best and frayed, paint chipped all over the place, showers have square root of zero pressure and you have to hold the shower head yourself. The hotel and surrounding area is noisy, and the room full of mosquitos. This is the most overrated hotel I have stayed at in Indonesia.

I was there to collaborate with Surabaya English Conversation Club. The first get in at Cleo's room there is a welcome drink that they serve for visitors. They have cafe integrated as meeting room as well but not that really private since the concept is cafe and meeting rooms. They open for any collaboration I guess! cause every 2 weeks there is ECC have an event there. also the way they serve everything is so excellent and so friendly feel like you in home!

Cleo is very nice... The room so cozy and clean. The attendants so helpfull. Very good for family or bussiness trip. You can find any kuliner around. If I come to Surabaya again, I will stay there again

Good place to stay. They have their own cafe, but you can look for food near this hotel, there is so much choices. I will recommend "Depot Ampel" few meter from this hotel

It was a quaint u0026 very clean little hotel situated right in the heart of Surabaya town in Indonesia close to malls and great food outlets. The decor is similar to Tune KLIA2 except for the color scheme. The staff were extremely friendly as are most Indonesians and made our stay excellent. Thank you to Ms Angger, Ms Puteri u0026 others there that made our stay a memorable one.
