Staying true to the name ‘budget hotels’, honestly this is the best you can get for that price. A place where you can recharge, sleep, rest and take a shower, but not a place to spend a good time such as staycation or anything… this is a good choice if you have a business and you need to spend the night in town!

Can not ask more with this very affordable price. Good services and a nice place to stay in Surabaya. Beyond expectation. Absolutely will come back to stay in here, when i visit Surabaya

Nyaman untuk istirahat. But be sure to bring your own bath amenities, this hotel sell rooms only, except u want to pay more for additional bath amenities. Also u you need to prepare extra money for room deposit.

I had an amazing night staying here because the room was so comfortable and clean. I booked it from traveloka application and got a 15% discount so i only need to pay 375k for this large and comfy room.

Clean and nice budget hotel: The hotel provides both towels, toothbrush and soap for me and as any guest expect despite one reviewer said they do not (And most budget hotels ask for a deposit).
Minus points the fact that breakfast is only heated in a micro. Since the other Citihub hotel have an actual cook, I guess he cooks for both hotels.
As Alfan pointed out below, parking by car here is difficult and sometimes all spaces are taken. So a Vespa is rather an advantage.
There's not much to do at or close to this hotel, the main advantage is that it's located outside the worst traffic jams. And that's why I used this hotel once. I would have liked to give this hotel 3½ but half stars is not possible.

This is actually good hotel that deserved five stars, BUT
Minus 1 star for slooow wifi
Minus 1 star for window that couldn't open
Minus 1 star for television which only had 7 channel, none of them worth watching.

But it's affordable tho..

The best budget hotel in Surabaya. The price on this hotel equals to four star hotel in the same town (exclude food n beverages). Great
