Location and price is amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Traveler can leave their bags before check in/after check out to explore the city. There are some stains on towel and linens and they smell a bit musty. It'd be great if they can update them

a medium class hotel, the rooms are too small in my opinion. for the overall service is very good. maybe it can be improved again for the cleanliness of the room.

Actually not really like my review in this situation cause this pandemic really hit this hotel with hard, why i can say that because, i see a lot of downgrade from the last one i was check in this hotel
Just too bad to say such a budget nice hotel actually
Hope this hotel can survive and have fast recovery

Low price, comes with standard service. The employees vaccuuming the corridor at 2AM, so annoying

We always stay in Red Planet Hotel everytime we visit Palembang. And now we are staying in this hotel, too, in Surabaya.

It has a very modern and comfy room. The room size is not so big, but designed to be compact enough for a transit purpose of staying. I really like the interior design, so simple yet pretty.

What I don't really enjoy from this hotel is the breakfast menu. Not so tasty, and the servings are not representative (a little bit messy). At our first day, the staff said that they don't even have forks! And also no creamer or milk on the table, unless you ask for it to the staff.

But about anything else, this is a suitable hotel for people who are visiting a city for business or transit.
