cheap hotel with pretty good facilities. room clean and comfortable. the atmosphere of the lobby is quite comfortable to just hang out. breakfast according to the price provided. friendly service. need a deposit. the elevator uses an access card. parking a car is not too difficult.

Affordable price, well maintained facility and common area. Level 1 offers a very good gourmet coffee, always be my favorite hotel to stay in Surabaya.

Polite and helpful staff, forgot the supervisor guy's name at reception desk but he's been working there since many years ago. Thanks for the hospitality rendered.

I went to this hotel twice to dine in. The food tastes good and the price is affordable for such hotel. Recently they also bring new menu, I think a franchise from Jakarta, Burgushi which taste scrumptious and most importantly in current condition, hygienenic.
However, the management needs to improve the ambience of the cafe to be more comfortable especially to tackle the heat of Surabaya. By my experience, the AC doesnt work well to make the room temperature bearable.

I was attending several workshop at this hotel.

Pros:
* Nice, large meeting room
* Wifi speed was excellent
* Strategic location
* Large parking area, especially for motor cycle

Cons:
* Improper praying room (musholla). It has very narrow space so we must had a queue just for having pray.
* Need additional rest rooms
* The waiting time for elevators was too long. Faster if I could use the emergency stair rather than waiting elevators

They told us to wait 15 minutes to prepare our room.
Its already 80 minutes and counting.

Oh, and also their reception don't even bother to use mask.

Lobby is quiet, so what make it so long then?

The price is affordable, the room is cozy, and the hotel is really close to a supermarket, gift shop, and Ubaya campus. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. There’s a cafe on the 1st floor and their foods are very delicious. I’ve tried almost all the food in the menus and none of it was disappointing.
