Great Aesthetic Clinic, wonderful and warm experience with ULTIMO CLINIC. Dr. Enrina Diah u0026 Dr. Grace Boaz was a wonderful surgeon explained everything to me in a very clear manner and friendly.
The Nurse Ms. Indah and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I am so glad I chose ULTIMO CLINIC and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a aesthetic specialist.

The clinic and staffs are professional, reliable and helpful. Definitely will recommend this clinic to family and friends. They are quite expensive but the result is worth it. Keep up the good work Ultimo.

Everyone who works there is very nice, and the clinic itself is super comfortable. I had surgery to fix my underbite there and the result was very satisfying. Would very much recommend to anyone who wants something similar done :)

I will give zero star if it has the option. I bought 6 times hair removal packet and used 2. First it is not working. Second, now they need to do a pcr test which is 2m cost before I came to finish my session. I asked for refund because it is non sense cost for me to continue. And they said ok. However, after 2 months, they still not give me the refund and I tried to call them and WhatsApp them again, no response… or just said they need time to check my packet!!!!

I booked an appointment last week, received a confirmation email for the appointment, booked my accommodation and travelled there at a significant cost to find the clinic closed. I tried phoning both jakarta and bali offices. No answer. I emailed requesting urgent response, still no reply!
I find this disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially as I sent an email prior to my appointment to reconfirm my appointment and did not receive a response either. Can't believe a professionals would treat their clients and patients this way! They've lost my respect and business

Laser hair removal didn't work and all hairs came back after almost 20 sessions ????. Also not very afforable. I would not recommend it in the long term treatments. Its not worth it. Also I bought even more laser hair removal packages but wheb I tried to contact them there was no response. Nothing. I am very dissapointed in their services. ????
