Its a great and spacious gym. You can follow some groupclasses as training by a personaltrainer or by yourself ofcourse.

Definitely most gorgeous Fitness gym in Jakarta they have many new machines from other countries and well works for workout let's join end you will see difference between other Fitness gym recommend price

Highly recommended spot for working out if you work or stay around SCBD area.
Their equipment range is probably the best in the country, covering fast track, isolated, calisthenics training as well as various classes and sessions. They even have a mini lab with full virtual body analysis apparatus.
This is a highly disciplined place, there are no people hanging around just doing nothing, PTs are professional and must undergo regular training or certification.
Cleanliness is top notch, cleaning service keeps circulating around throughout the day. It is part of Gunung Sewu group who is also the owner of the building (Sequis tower).

New experience in working out ur body. Cool place, advance n newest technology for workout, virtual coach it's the most interesting.

Wanna hangeout or just kill time. Not the right place. It's built for workout.

Locker, shower, 3 urinoir and single toilet (or I just found 1)

Located at the only one International Grade A building at Indo, and platinum leed building. The atmosphere really different. Something new in Town with 7m ceiling and biggest Studio 300m, there is no comparisons, the coolest. U must come and see. It's the next level, and also the staff very welcoming us
