The room is spacious. There's mini fridge, safety box, u0026 mini bar (you have to pay extra charge for these) in the room. Unfortunately due to late check in I got a smoking room, so i could smell cigarettes but gladly not too much. The gym room is a bit small but the equipments are enough for you to have cardio and weight lifting exercises. The pool is quite big and since i stayed in the weekend, the pool is full with kids. Overall, the hotel is family friendly and affordable with such facilities.

Everything is charged!

Need a plate or bowl? It will be charged to your bill, and they will give u PLASTIC utensils..

Even spoon and fork.. they will not lend it to the guest, and you will need to buy it from them.. and all PLASTICS!!

Ice cubes is also charged!! I thought a 4 stars hotel will provide it complimentary for the guest..

Room quite big and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool big enough and not to crowd. Lovely place to staycation with family especially with kids. Will comeback again next time ????????

Chose this hotel because I'm always a fan of Swiss-bel group, unfortunately my stay here was quite disappointing. The room is quite small and cramped, and the exhaust fan for the smoking room was so weak the smoke was hard to dissipate. The worse was on Saturday morning, the hotel staffs do aerobics in the parking lot which was under the bedroom, with loud music and shouting that startled me awake. Felt it was very inconsiderate to the hotel guests, because you can never know how each of the guest schedule u0026 resting needs are, so it was very annoying.

Clean place, friendly and quick response staffs. Beds are comfort enough. The bathroom is a bit small, you can still hear the busy road from room..

I ordered and paid for queen size bed, but when I arrived, the reception told me that the room was NOT available. Me and my partner were very disappointed as we had to sleep with twin size bed that BEING MADE UP as queen size bed. Disappointing experience. The room itself was clean and cozy enough but overall not worth it.
