This is a semi-long term homestay consisting of around 10 studios. Studio rooms are quite nice, bathroom is modern. Varying sizes (small/large) options. Location is excellent, located on a main road and only 5 minutes walk to the Pondok Indah 1 busway station.
However, due to its proximity to the main road, you will be hearing traffic quite early in the morning, everyday.
The inner courtyard as mentioned is beautiful and well maintained. There are normally rats in this garden, especially in the evening. This completely ruins the atmosphere and quite frankly, its worrisome. There should definitely be some form of pest control.
In terms of facilities, you have free wifi included, utilities, fridge, water boiler + communal water dispenser, TV with international channels, desk and storage space.
However, there is no laundry onsite. All laundry takes 2-3 days, and is done offsite. The real disappointment is that there is no cooking facilities within the residence. Not even a communal cooking area nor a microwave. No gym/equipment.
