Parking area is the only problem, I suggest to use gocar or grabcar. For the doctors and nurses all very good, keep it up!

Bad service time for antigen test, I register for 9 am appointment but have to wait until 12 pm to get tested, the staff in the antigen facilities are also not really helping to speed things up. Feels like im being ignore by the staff that wait the antigen facility.

The service is quite good and the procedure is clear. Some of the doctors are expert specialist. It doesn't serve the BPJS patients. Parking at peak hours is struggle, the parking area is limited.
