Happy puppy is my most favorite karaoke place to sing with my friends. I tried the one in Mampang. The place is nice and clean. Going here on the weekdays is a lot better because no need to be in the waiting list. Also, one of my friend is celebrating her birthday and she got a promo 1 hour free! Will come back to this place again definitely!

The place quite comfy to do karaoke, can order booze, but there is no Jagung Rebus song :(

Affordable price and nice microphone n sound system. Japanese song collections are great. And service were great.

Only the surrounding environment that I found unclean.

First time go to karaoke, and get the suite room.. It’s such a comfortable place to hangout with your friends..

Poor sound n mic
Poor Food,Low Quality compare with price...
Waiter took order without note, only remembering..and cause missed order and over order.

Reception screaming often about the key with other staff, quite annoying her sound.

i feel very comfort as the place is very convenient, but one thing comes in my mind when i feel the service. The employee seems like they don't like me LOL, feels like i was a stranger and poor person that i am not deserve to have the best service, even just a smile from the employee.

Sorry to say, but the comfortable of the place does not balance with the service.

So far best karaoke place in Jakarta with affordable price. The songs also updated with great sound system.
Room quite big and all facilities in the room work well. Happy Puppy separate smoking and non smoking room, so its most enjoyable thing for me.
Parking area quite adequate.
