The queue system is really bad. Please make it possible to get queue number and time estimation when to come. Parking space also too small. The hospital itself is clean. The nurse and doctor are friendly, polite and give good service.

It is newly managed by big hospital chain "Brawijaya Hospital". I see that they're renovating the hospital. Eventhough it is small, but clean and looks comfortable. They have new playing room next to children examination room. They have also a nice nursery room. It is more expensive than other surrounding mom u0026 child hospital. Maybe because the acquisition with the Brawijaya.

Newly operated by Brawijaya Hospital Group. Seems that the facilities and SOPs have been escalated for customers satisfaction. Bravo...!!!

The slowest hospital that I ever know in my life. Even their doctors wasn't compliance with their schedule. lateness is their culture I think. Very bad service. Kindly use another hospital.

It looks like other Brawijaya Hospital is not like here.

To Brawijaya management. Kindly silent QC this place.
