Very strategic location I recommend it for its location ???????? the service is OK, not very clean. I spent 4 days it was quite good, there's just one problem, few rooms with the balcony and open window, already booked, other rooms no window just some glass for the light, becarful with your choice before you book. Close to everything you need food , shopping malls and some embassies. The staff of the hotel are not really friendly or cheerful (I advise you to smile) I can tell I would come back to this hotel again because of the strategic location. Thank you!

Good value for the money 3-star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast to my room each day. The room was clean, although some furniture (closet doors ad seat) was in need for update. Near Westin hotel, where I had some work meetings.

Ok stay in the south, but the rooms need some care, fridge sounds horrible in the room, the bathroom towels don't seem super fresh, the box of the soap in the bathroom was empty so i wonder if they check it. Also the wallpaper was ripped off.

Clean and nice room. The only regret is, no breakfast buffet. They sent breakfast to the room and I really want experience buffet breakfast here, too bad. Other than that it's okay. Good location and easy to find street foods around.

Dirty and poorly maintained. Old is ok but cleanliness is just basic… Housekeeping employs about 10 minutes only for the daily cleaning…

The photos are from the bathroom and pantry of the most expensive suite…

Very noisy narrow street.

In my opinion, not worth the daily rate compared to many similar places in the area even in the same street.

Forgettable stay of 1 month…

Had a pleasant stay at Rasuna Icon hotel, very affordable price especially for Kuningan area. Great location and good service.
They also have a nice rooftop cafe at the top floor called Sky Garden Cafe, cosy place where you can invite friends over for meeting.
Will be coming back to stay when travelling to Jakarta.

I guess the hotel is okay as a three star hotel. I chose the boutique room (the best they have to offer), I expected the room floors to be more cleaner.

I couldn't request an extra room keycard, since they don't have any. And I wished the staffs could be more friendlier, though the chef lady who delivered our breakfast was extremely nice.

I wished more amenities were provided in the room, like 2 toothbrushes instead of 1, and slippers.

The breakfast is average, but portion is good enough.

Wifi had an issue once during my online meeting, but this wasn't frequent. TV channels are limited.

I relatively enjoyed my stay, but Rasuna Icon won't be my go to option for next time.
