We used to love Loewy. We came back after few years. So much has changed. We were so disappointed.

Foods quality has gone downhill since we last visited around a year ago or so. The steak used to be perfectly cook and tender, portion was somewhat bigger too. When we visited last week, the french fries was not fresh, may be they used frozen potato, I'm not sure. Just doesn't taste right. Many sauces are also not on point.

The service was great at the beginning, but we came on a group of 6, the waitstaff seemed not to happy to serve us. We address our concerns regarding food quality in very polite way, with happy face not angry face, we are easy going people but they seemed not happy to take the complaint in positive way.

The ladies restroom was dirty with overloaded pepper towels on the floor, very upsetting to see that then you head to your table to enjoy meal ?

With their high price tag, we expect the high quality like other restaurants near by. But it wasn't the case.

Nice ambience
Good place
Food is kindda off since the last time.
Had a egg Benny. The egg is cooked too long. The bacon is hard. The muffin is too buttery. The hollandaise is nice tho. Mix of pesto some sort.

Salad is okay. The croutons is hard.
Need more attention to detail .

Beautifuly designed restaurant with a delightful menu of delicious food. They also have a full bar. I enjoyed the Nsci Goreng and lemon honey drink. There is plenty of parking and the staff was friendly and helpful. This place has a great vibe.

Great and prompt service as always. Western standards and taste. Fries were perfect- hot, crispy, and salted (all 3 unusual in Indonesia! Lol). The place gets busy- so get reservations or go really early.

Felt so full having dinner in Loewy!!

The food is fantastic especially roasted breast organic chicken. You can find many expat hangouts here!

The food we tried was pretty good, although quite expensive. Love the semi outdoor setting and the atmosphere of the place. Looking forward to coming back here to try their other menus during dinner time.

I ordered tom yum, ayam betutu and Hainan chicken rice, every food are average taste, salty tom yum, it's big portion, with that price? It is not expensive, next i will try the western menu, maybe it better, ambience is very cozy
