Amazing Experience!

super well located, all the employees were incredibly helpful, nice and professional.

the hotel itself is really nice and well maintained. I would suggest a little refurbishment of the bathroom, but nothing too serious, only to maintain the high standard.

The last day of our trip my daughter was sick and threw up in the room in the middle of the night, they offered us a new room. This is the kind of service that is highly appreciated.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel! Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for 2 nights and everything was just perfect! Large rooms, beautiful views, clean rooms, working air conditioner, very nice kitchen that has everything we need, tasty breakfast, amazing swimming pool with breath-taking view of sky scrappers, and very friendly and welcoming staff! I have stayed in several hotels in mega kuningan area but Oakwood really impressed me with their hospitality! Great smiles and attitude! Good job! Definitely will come back for another vacation! The small kitchen backed by the Ranch Market downstairs and a great selection of in room dining plus my own clothes washing machine makes extended visits to Jakarta very pleasant and affordable.
The staff are awesome. I feel more like I'm visiting friends than staying at a hotel.

Everything was great.3 br apartment is spacious, all staffs are friendly, breakfast not too many but enough n delicious. My mom left her blazer but the receptionist n housekeeping took good care of it until we took it back.Really enjoy our moment there.Thank you very much.

I have been staying here since 2008 and it is amazing even as we left Jkt and only traveling for holidays their service is always amazing, cleanliness is always a par and most of all it always feel home.
