The worst people u can meet here ( Sethou and Roma ) super unhelpful and rude .i want there today checking about my lost wallet if they found it or how they can help but all what they did was just asking me to pay 100k to print for me new membership ID!!!!!they r really worst then any robots ????.

Good fitness first branch to workout. Too bad the locker system still using the old one, and this branch doesn't provide the sport apparel. The weight training area is kinda packed, but overall it's still nice place to workout!

Oh dear where do I begin. Gym sales staff incredibly pushy and changes the pricing multiple times within the same 5 minute conversation. Then when it comes time to pay, suddenly the price jumps up even higher. Then even after you pay, you get multiple extra charges afterward with no explanation. They ask for every possible piece of personal and private information to sign up. And then coincidentally I was hit with spam calls and emails and credit card fraud right after I sign up. Probably not a coincidence. Just another corrupt business to stay away from.

This is my fav home club gym of Fitness First!!! Been with them as happy members for like 10 years ????????. Ambience and most members and staffs are very friendly, make gym feels like home. Yoga studio is the best one with daylight coming. All gym area are compact. What needs to be upgrade I think is some equipment e.g. updated treadmill ???????? during covid like now they apply very good health protocol

One of decent gym in Jakarta. The place is quite convenient since it's not too crowded. Having said that, some cardio equipments were too old and not very comfortable to use. Also some of their employees (e.g the greeter, the receptionist) were not too friendly. Here's to your improvement.
