I'm not sure if this hotel deserves even 1 stars hotel status.
Very Bad Hotel I do not recommend it even for cattle
The room facilities was not maintained well.
The carpet in the hotel corridors was very very dirty, with dust on every corner and spider web in the roof, and the hair is everywhere in the room and the bathroom
the AC ether very cold or hot
It seems that the sheets, pillow u0026 blanket was not cleaned at all. The towel smelled so bad and very old even the color has been change it's not white anymore. I was scared to use the towels to be honest. And the wall of the room was so dirty like I don't even understand how it gets so dirty.
and the cockroach in my room, not 1 or 2 many I stay for 3 night and I had to change 4 room because of cockroach
and on top of that when I told the hotel manager about the cockroach he accused me that maybe I am the one who brings the cockroachs from the outside why would I do that. bad hotel and worst management ever
I do not know how Agoda even add this hotel to their website
If I could add photos to the review I will add
and the worst thing is the response for Agoda customer support they did nothing to solve my issue I send them all the photos and they did nothing

I'm not sure if this hotel deserves its 3 stars hotel status.
The room facilities was not maintained well.

When we got out of the elevator to our room floor, we could smell cigarettes odor immediately. The carpet was not cleaned well, dust on every corner.

It seems that the sheets, pillow u0026 blanket was not cleaned well. The towel smelled so bad, to the point that one time we thought there was bad gutter smell out of nowhere (and we found the culprit, the towel). I was scared to use the towels to be honest. And the wall of the room was so dirty like I don't even understand how it gets so dirty.

Thankfully I didn't mind that my room's balcony had view of cemeteries, really. I mean cemeteries in Jakarta is not scary at all. But I can't overlooking those problems I pointed out before.

There are 2 level parking lots, around the lobby and the basement...also some meeting rooms available for seminars or wedding event...having clean rest room and nice officers at front desk

I stayed for 2 nights in junior suite room. The price for the room was very affordable, coz i got promo from traveloka.
Overall the bed and pillow was comfortable, room was spacious it even had living room. Bathroom was large and hot shower worked properly. Food was complete enough and decent.
Although it was a quite old hotel but the cleanliness of the room was good, needed improvement in the corridor though.
Suggestion for improvement, the wifi quality in the room should be better.
Overall for the price i paid, it was very worth every penny.

Room is big enough, WiFi was not working in the room during our staying. Be careful on the electricity... there was a short circuit on table lamp in our room. It was informed to the front desk but no action done.

Nice and clean rooms, comfy meeting rooms, and plenty of lobbies is the good things about this hotel. Food is good and toilets are clean. It is located almost in the center of the city, so you can expect worst traffic jams in certain hours.
