I am ready with you’ve got you paid for. I’ve been traveling a lot and I thought I’ve been in a worst hotel but this hotel not even worth a star. It’s so dirty and under maintenance. I don’t know how this hotel got their stars. Just not even worth a dime. If I shared the picture I’ve took I might ruin their business. The only good thing is some staff are friendly and very apologetic after what happened.

to be honest, the worst 3 star hotel i have ever stayed. loss of paying the hotel at a price of 400 thousand. damp, smelly, dirty everywhere. restaurant tables are never wiped. stains and flies flying.

Well, based on my experience.. this is not the one i'll recommend you except you have not much time to choose some option..
1. You need to spend your time a little bit longer for check in process..
2. The restaurant also not provide a good taste of food and lack of variation..
3. They provide not a bottle of water on your room but only a waterpot so you need to take water on corridor and that water dispenser placed in the middle of corridor, not much.. only 1 for several room..

So on my opinion, i think Aston should improve the system..

One that good is Waiters have a good manner..

It is actually a decent hotel, strategically located, but some amenities were below par. I have informed the hotel regarding broken toilet seat and the dripping AC, I hope they fix ir before the next guest arrives. But the swimming pool was nice, suitable for kids.
Overall, if you're aiming for an affordable hotel for a brief stop, this would be good choice.

Perfect!
Neo never dissapoint me. Checked-in around midnight. It was smooth and really professional.
Neo, as 3-stars Archipelago group, compare to Harper as 4-stars Archipelago group, from service and system, Neo is way better.
Stay in a lot of Neo, so i think the best review is Neo Tendean reach Neo standard around Indonesia.
The only confusing thing is their most expensive room type (Dream) is facing elevator. But, the cheaper one, have building and Tendean Street view. So, we downgraded our room.
After all, it was pleasant stay!
