The service is good, the front office teams explains in detail the facilities at the hotel and check-in proccess quite fast. The rooms are nice and the view is beautiful too!

I came bk based on my previouse visit .7 years ago.its not the same quality givin .no safe.no napkins.no enough towels .no slippers .towels look bad.room service is bad.not good food . I just will stay cuz i pay ..will not extend my stay in it. Not recommended

Nice hotel inside the Peak Apartment complex in South Jakarta for long term stays. It is one of the four Peak towers and comes with a large pool, gym, sauna, and steam room facilities, which are one of the best maintained in the town.

Friendly staff, good location, clean and well maintained. Rooms with double glass panels are really quiet. I think I already talked about maintenance.

The cleanliness and safety is number one here. Lobby, my room, corridor is always in fresh condition. Their homey concept makes me enjoyable to stay again and again. Thank you for open the breakfast buffet already, i always loved the food here. Will back very soon. Keep it up!

Was here for staycation we were group of 8 and booked the apartement suite with 2 bedrooms.

The entire room was spacey, they provide cooking tools and utensils. Quite comfy living room section too. Just for me, the interior was quite old. But overall rating we’ll be back.
