This is the most favourite place of my dogs. They work passionately and full of love. The place also clean and everything well maintained

Great place. Great service. The dogs are roaming free and being fake good care of while we are on vacation.

Love this place! They take good care of your pup! Always plenty of dogs there (big and small) for your dog to socialize with. They separate out the big dogs from the small dogs, so that's nice.

It's not about the high price , any pet clinic  allowed to keep prices high but the point is services we get in return and logic for pricing.

In whole of Jakarta you can keep your pet for 24 hours and it is counted as 1 day

Few big and reputed pet hotel 1 day pricing which I have used

Pet kingdom 175k
Vodka n latte 150k
Zoom pet 150k

Dog day care u003d 150 times 2 .. because the want to count it as 2 days .. hilarious maths

Another point .. none of the pet care hotel impose you to buy grooming it is optional but here you have to buy it even if you want to put for 1 day.

Talking about my personal experience

I have put my pet for just grooming and some stuff .. we were told to come after 3 hours

1 hour later we started getting repeated calls to pick her up .. we were busy somewhere and made plans for 3 hours but kept insisting

We asked for trimming of hair,  we were told it's not possible for beagle ..however later when we went to pick her up we were told it's possible but only owner can do it
And discussion was full of confusion
Full of yes and no for all questions we asked

Usually if we pay nearly 500k per day to a place we will expect super services

Finally I have been following  up from last 2 weeks for 1 month stay for my pet
But no body cares to reply messages and calls

Worst experience ever .. so it's not just about price but also about experience.

They told me there business is going very good .. makes me think that they have more workload then they can manage

I am reviewing this place on Google so that people are well aware and investigate properly before trusting .. it is also a feedback to dogdaycare to

1. Not impose services to customers to make money
2.be fully informed about the qu0026a from customers
3. Have some sense in pricing ( currently there is a mathematical error ????)
4. If you charge high price please pick up phones and reply messages
5. Finally if you don't have capacity please don't get number of pets u can't take care of

This shouldn't be purely taken as a money making marketing based business .. it needs more compassion ,care and love

These guys are making business out of emotional attachment that we have for pets

Is this fair to charge 150×2 for 1 night ?
Is this fair to charge 100k for grooming even if it's 1 day ?
Is it fair to give deworming and Antiflea 100k for everyone you admit ?

These are the questions u must ask these people
Beware and be smart .

I have learnt my lesson and have found a better and more responsive place than this one.

Pls ask me directly if you need to know more about them vs other places..
They call me rude but you can be next

Worst place for your pets in jakarta . Nobody will pick up your calls and attend messages.
Pricing is brainless 4 mio per 1 month which is good.

But if you wish for 1 day .. they will charge you for 2 days plus additional mandatory grooming and anti flea plus deworming
So 150+150+100+80+20 u003d 500 for one day ????

On the top of that nobody will care to reply messages.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. They took superb care of our dog and kept us well informed. He’s come back happier, more confident and exhausted! We’ll be coming back regularly!

Lovely keep, enthusiast owner, good service. Little bit too pack sometime, but dogs are still happy. We let them took care our puddle or a week and he was happy there. We took him back already groomed. We saw him swimming as well from insta story report.
