Good hotel with decent sized rooms.... Everything is clean and room service food is good... Service is prompt and staff courteous...

This hotel is attached to a small mall so plenty of restaurants to choose from... There is even a large supermarket in the mall...

We needed to be at an event right beside this hotel... So it was very convenient for us, but it is not near the city centre and other places of interest. So while I would certainly consider staying here again, I would not unless I need to be in this area...

One complain is that the doors/walls might be too thin... All evening and night, we can hear people talking or walking outside our room...

Second complain is getting a taxi here is quite a wait...

Hotel has a good location, easy access to Jaksel 's shopping area. All staff are very kind and helpful. Room is very clean and nice ambience. I love the welcome cake and my fruit "Papaya". Thank you

Decent rooms. Great location. Small gripes included finding a cockroach on our dresser, and misinformation on their laundry policy. Not the best room view, but had large windows, which I like. Room service food was alright, took about 30 min to deliver. Bed was stiff.

Didn’t expect much at first but the room was beyond my expectation. It was large, very spacious, GREAT and very comfortable bed, and the most amazing part is the view! Love how they designed the windows. Also the bathroom is very clean and nicely designed. The TV’s already a smart type one! Can watch netflix comfortably, but sadly the TV volume was way too low it was unfortunate. The parking is a bit of work since the one near the lobby is packed and not spacious so you have to park in the basement, they dont have a lift that directly connected to the hotel’s lobby so you have to walk a bit through Dharmawangsa square. Got tricky when we were back so late and everything's already closed down, the instruction signs at the basement were not very clear and confusing since no one was there to guide us, was hard for us to find the entrance u0026 the lift from the basement. Please provide more clear signs stamped everywhere within eye level in frequent visited route/places around the building. The extra bed was too pricey but worth it since it came with breakfast coupon as well. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I’d love to come again in the future. Keep up the good work!

Strategic hotel location, close to many restaurants and food stalls, business centre, malls, and other entertainment. Staffs are very friendly and attentive. The deluxe room is relatively small, but still comfortable for our family

Location is good as it's at Dharmawangsa so it's good to go Kemang, Gandaria, Senayan and also Blok M.

Premise is clean and always fragrant.
Never dirty and always well kept. Very good point on this.

Patrons are a wide mix with locals, Koreans and also Caucasians. Mainly for staycay / work / work respectively.

This hotel is the choice premise for many local Government meetings so don't be surprised if in the afternoon, a whole township crowds the buffet that comes along with the meeting room package.

The pool is small however but if just to chill and also laze, it serves its purpose.

They have alcohol at the resto so if you are on a liquid diet, it's very pocket friendly.

There is a massage service too and it's quite fair in pricing.

Free parking should you have your own transport but make sure that you get it stamped and remind them to inform the exit gate.

Overall for a location that is quiet and not in the hustle of the city, this hotel offers closeby famous eats and also cafes. It's a good location for weekend cafe / resto hopping!

I like this hotel as I frequent there almost alternate weeks.

Keep it up guys. Truly fantastic always.

I was staying here for 2 nights, the hospitality of the staffs quite good, the room was super clean and very comfortable interior design, I didn’t have a chance on tasting their food
