Visited the dentist for both me and my son 2 days ago. Both handled by Dr. Vincent. My visit was less than 30min to do a cleaning and two fillings. Never in my life have I visited a dentist who sped through the procedure. All my other dentist visits this would have been at least a 1hr procedure. What made things worse. I left with more pain in my tooth than I came with.

My son did a cleaning and was done in less than 15min (didn’t even wait for me to leave the room to get him started). Ridiculous. There was no attention to details, didn’t even floss during the “cleaning”, honestly a waste of time. Felt like he just wanted turn over to make as much money as he can. We are not cattle. We have cancelled our appointments for my wife and other two kids.

I write this as i’m at a new dentist waiting room hoping to fix CMC mistakes… although another visit to CMC may be free to fix the pain and bad filling, but rather than risking my teeth and facing more “speed drilling”, i’m not going back… EVER. You definitely should RECONSIDER if you are thinking of making an appointment.

Very bad service and attitude from admin staff.

Admin staff shows rude attitude when I try to confirm details of excess transaction on dental service, also not willing to explain further regarding the many "additional" high charges fees.

I brought both my mom and dad to the centre. The centre is very comfortable and private. The doctor is extremely patient and know how to handle elderly very well. My mom's hand got better after few session while my dad's leg is also improving. They look forward to go for their treatment. Dr Surya is totally focused on his patient, carefully listens to my parent illness history, and is fully engaged in the healing. He poses thoughtful questions to clarify all facets of the medical problem. We can also ask him anything and he will patiently answer our questions. Dr Surya has been a blessing for our parent's healing journey and we are so glad to bring our parent for their treatment in this centre.

Terrible service.
I wanted to carry out a procedure with them, and even after 5+ times of asking, they still sent me spam mails and communication in Bahasa.
This was not only rude, it show disregard for potential patients.
Given it's a medical procedure, how does this reflect on their ability to look after you???
I'd avoid, unless you are perfectly fluent in Bahasa.

I'm so dissatisfied with the service in many levels. I used insurance to pay for an Odontectomy at the dental clinic on 19th March. My mouth swollen after the surgery and it was impossible to communicate. However, the front desk requested me to stay at the hospital for more than two hours until the confirmation procedure with my insurer was completed. I requested to go home since I wasn't feeling well, but they were concerned that my insurance wouldn't cover everything, so I had to pay the money even though I had convinced them that my insurance was unlimited. The staff was really passive since the information I got is only when I ask; if I don't ask, they don't appear to care. The confirmation to the insurance was also completed when I followed up directly to the insurance company.

Worst of all, on March 28th, I was reached by the Hospital Pharmacy, who informed me that I needed to take the medication. It is a nerve vitamin that helps in post-surgery recovery. It is really unpleasant since the medicine was just recently notified 9 days after the surgery, despite the fact that I had my post-surgery checkup on the 26th of March. The most annoying part is when the Pharmacy even said that this happenned was due to insurance issues. Despite the fact that the hospital was clearly irresponsible, the insurance procedure was finished on 23th March. The medication that has been paid for has been wasted since I have also recovered.

It's really a shame that this extremely poor of service comes from Ciputra Hospital. Totally dissaponted

Took a medical check up here (wellness package) and their service was extremely poor. They could not manage the queue properly. I finished all check up list at 11ish, just wait for the Ophthalmologist for my last check. It's 12:45 and they said the Ophthalmologist is still in a long queue (another an hour waiting time) because it is combined with non med check patients. They shamelessly offered me to reschedule just to meet the Ophthalmologist, for an examination that take less than 5 minutes. Really really unpleasant experience

I felt satisfied, the doctor and the nurse are pleasantly. Very safe and comfortable medical center to visit and it's inside the mall so I can go shopping before/after my medical check up.
