The service rate is higher than common hospital I think except you use insurance or bpjs. And I wonder why they don't put the fix schedule of their doctors in the website. Another thing is actually the building looks luxurious with all the resto n cafes in almost every floor? Quiet interesting.

Satisfied with all the services, from emergency, adminsion, cashier, inpatient and outpatient. Love the friendly doctors and staffs, also they are really professional. Junior suite room also very comfy. Very recommended! And all the services using high technology machines

Spent 4 days in ICU and then went for check up with the Doctor - everythibg was smooth and quick . The staff were nice and polite , took good care of me . Facilities were great and thanks to the entire team and Doctor Sunraya for getting me fit in record time .

Great doctor and i always love the service and support from all pediatric employees. One note for mayapada: to improve the admission and corporate insurance (2nd floor) as currently the staff there are only 4 or 5 peoples (manage both admission, insurance, cashier) and and the queue is too long.

Excellent hospital! Clean and modernized look. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. If you have to be in hospital around south of Jakarta, this is the place to be.

As a visitor, this is the most well designed interior for hospital. Modern architecture and luxurious impressions.

I spent whole day at the hospital for some tests, but I didn't feel bored or annoyed (compares to other hospitals) since the staffs are very compatible, helpful and friendly (thank you miss Betty for taking care of me). Also the rooms are very clean and comfy. In general, the atmosphere was very nice since that's one of the important points that could make the clients feel relax.
