+ The staffs are very nice and helpful, sometimes throwing some friendly jokes.
+ Affordable price, though not the cheapest of its kind.
+ Fairly close to the city center and tourist attractions
+Safety measures by giving separate soap pack (which in usual reddorrz room, they'd have this soap storage installed and filled)
+Balcony
- The bathroom smells on my last visit
- Parking would be tight and tough for some less trained driver or wide cars
- TV is broken, best case scenario would be showing the show with some glitches in black and white (sometimes outright unwatchable due to the heavy glitch on video output)
