This has been one of our most pleasant stays. We were here for 1 week but regretted not staying for longer.
The facilities are in mint condition, the room was spacious and modern and the service was out of this world. The breakfast was very diverse, elaborate and delicious. The hotel is situated near an excellent mall and surrounded by many eateries.
But what we will remember most is the staff. We have never come across such respectful and caring people. They provided excellent service and made us question why this hotel has not been awarded 5 stars.
I was in Yogyakarta for an internship at the hospital and took a cab there every morning. The staff would check if it was the right car and made sure I was safe, which I really appreciated.
Nothing was too much to ask and they made us feel at home, but even better!
We highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stay amazing!

The room was very comfy and clean. Staff friendliness were outstanding. The hotel smells good with lemongrass fragrance. I like it ♥️???? . Will be 100% back to this hotel for stay in Yogyakarta. Thanks a lot Grand Keisha Hotel. Keep up the good work ✨

If you are not a smoker, think about staying at this place. they have a "flexible" floor where you can smoke. Even if you have requested a room with no smoking area, they cannot guarantee that they will give you a smoke-free room. They still give you a room with a smoking area and has a connection door, where the guest next to you smokes. I insisted on requesting room exchange but they reasoned that all rooms were full. 4 star hotel with bad system.

A hotel with nice bedroom and quite complete facilities. The most interesting things in the hotel is the breakfast menu which is delicious and offers many protein options, such as fish, chicken, and beef.

Service and room is fabulous, cafeteria serving top quality dish.
Recommended when you have business trip or meeting, but location is not pretty strategic with food vendor

Nice hotel, nice room, nice staff, better breakfast, and good for take rest, have swiming pool, gym and enjoy with that, and special for the staffs with nice smile...good job

My wife and myself have stayed here many times and always love it! Great hotel and very fairly priced.
