Saya sebenarnya berharap banyak dari JMC karena tampilan web dan sosmed nya yang tampak pro dan family friendly
Sebagai medical center yang menjual layanan konseling, terapi dan asesmen psikologi utk ANAK, menurut saya tempat ini seperti nggak ada jiwa
Sori ya bilang gini ????
Maksud saya, tempatnya nyaman dan bagus sekali, bersih dan manis, tampilannya kids friendly, banyak spot main
Tapi sayang petugas2nya hanya seperti menjalankan prosedur
1. Saat saya masuk, tidak ada CS yang standby di luar (gapapa sih ini)
2. Saya menunggu di ruang tunggu dan ada beberapa mbak2 lewat dan melihat saya dan nggak satupun yang inisiatif menanyakan keperluan, menyapa saja tidak
3. Saya membawa anak yg akan asesmen psikologi, tapi tidak ada satupun petugas yg menyapa atau paling tidak menganggap keberadaan si anak di front office (padahal ini menjual layanan untuk keluarga lho)
4. Saat masuk ruang psikolog, beliau tidak memperkenalkan diri/nama dan tidak bertanya nama saya sbg ortu anak, hanya nama anak yg ditanya. Saya sampe tanya sendiri dan memperkenalkan diri sendiri.
5. Keluar dari ruang praktek, yaudah gak sapa2 lagi itu mbak psikolog. Papasan di loby ya terus aja gitu wkwkwk
6. Semua hal diatas saya wajarkan jika memang sedang sangat ramai. Tapi saat di sana tidak terlalu ramai, jadi rasanya krik krik krik gitu lho wkwkwk
Saya bukannya gila hormat atau haus perhatian hahaha, tapi sekali lagi sbg tempat yg menawarkan layanan utk anak, tempat ini terasa dingin dan nggak ada nyawa.
Coba kalo CS sesekali menyapa anak yg datang dengan ‘Namanya siapa? Kelas berapa?’
Lalu psikolog ya standarnya aja lah, kenalan dulu, trs di luar ruangan praktek ya menyapa si pasien lah
Jadi hubungan service provider dan customer itu bisa lebih hangat dan tidak sekedar transaksional
Apalagi harga layanan di sini tidak murah sama sekali, perasaan nyaman harusnya jadi prioritas
Saya bandingkan dengan harga yang selevel, rumah sakit JIH jauh lebih baik
Bahkan, untuk ukuran yang harga layanan jauh di bawah, RSKB Sinduadi jauh jauh jauh lebih hangat, ramah, luwes dan bernyawa
