had a nice stay here for 3d2n. it's a great deal for 100k-ish per night. the location was also pretty strategic to ugm and culinary areas. the room was okay, ac functioned well, the bathroom was cleaned and facilitated with water heater. the only downside was the wifi connection. it was slow and keep on disconnecting.

This place was ok. If you are looking for accommodation near UGM, this place is good for you to choose. It's kinda cheap too. But the wifi is kinda slow. And if you are looking for accommodation with foody neighborhood, this is the place. So many food places around this accommodation, from light bite to meal. Also there's a local mini market nearby.
But the accommodation itself was only ok. The bathroom is kinda need little bit light. The room is little smelly, smell like old bedroom that has been being closed for some times, it's also feel a lil moist too. In the room where I stayed, there was water coming out from the ceiling.

A very expensive hotel with poor facilities. Once i was there , the electricity is down. The guest wasn't informed by the staff about what was going on. The staff is so slow. The room was dirty especially the toilet , and under the bed there were so many dirts. In brief , you can find a better hotel that have same price to this hotel

Terrific for the price during this high season! I got a last minute booking and it turned out the room was not so bad at all. The linens are clean. The room smell good. And the owner was cooperative.

Kost an bulanan 2,5jt. Room Luas furniture standard. Wifi Ok. Namun sebagai Hotel staf Front Desk ga warm or familiar with Hotel values and ethics.
