Bath room need to be improved. Water hose broken. TV not work.

The place easy to find by gmaps despite not located on the main road. Located near UGM, there's tons of food and shopping center at the main road, about 3 minutes walk.

1. There's no spacious parking lot for this place. You still can bring your vehicle, but the lot is so small and mostly full by motorcycle.
2. My twin bed room is so small, and feel so crowd, but for me, the bed is so soft and comfortable.
3. Yes, I repeat, the bed is so soft and comfortable. Yet the pillow is so thin like no pillow at all.
4. There's some stain on bathroom wall, and mold on the ceiling. Cleanness need to be improved.
5. AC's work perfectly and TV is using cable service, so yeah we can watch international channel too.
6. Bathroom a bit small and since there's no ventilation/exhaust fan, it feel a bit damp and sometimes smells weird.
7. To enjoy hot shower, you shall wait about 10 to 15 minutes under running water before it turns warm/hot.
8. You get simple toiletries (tooth brush and paste; towels; shampoo) and two bottles of mineral water.
9. Not enough electricity socket.
10. Good Hospitality and cheap price booking via reddoorz app.

room is neat and clean, but might feel a little claustrophobic, which still makes sense as the price is cheap. my only gripe is that the bath water temperature cannot be controlled. the cold water souce is so unstable, the water intermittently fluctuates between very hot, warm, and cold.

nice place to stay but the hot water was… a bit too hot. I was wondering how to make it into medium heat.
