Poor facilities and services for 4 star hotel. The wifi was really slow. The hot shower didn't last longer than 5 minutes.

We asked for an extra bed and they didn't bring it to our room right away. They finally did it after we "forced" them. When they finished putting the extra bed in our room, they didn't close the door. There were also other guest who complained that one of the staff just barged in to their room without knocking first.

The food wasn't really good. And when we wanted to order some drinks, the menu book they gave us had some termites inside.

very bad service. the rooms are not maintained, the bathroom smells so bad, the shower is rusty, the service from the hotel is really bad, the are really bad attitude, i had order a deluxe room but they given a superior room and they didn’t help us to move our suitcase. Really not recommended hotel. room prices are expensive but not in accordance with the facilities and services

Good hotel, there are KFC and karaoke near the lobby. The room is comfortable. The bathroom is quite simple, but not so small, so it is good. You can view merapi and merbabu mountains from the room. The parking lot is small, but it is okay.

Nice ballroom and lobby. I held an event here and the staff really helpful. Good lunch and coffee break. Have semi outdoor pool. Spaciaus parking space. Surrounded by lot of cafe, restaurant and entertainment place.

Really Old building. The Bed Smells, And the AC is Bad, No Glass Soundproofing so Random and loud sounds from the karaoke can just enter your room like a ghost.

And there were... ghosts
It's an old building and well there will be some still in there.

Food is Aight tho, not bad.
Even tho there's a "Hot" Mode for the Shower there is none. It's just warm.

It's an okay hotel.

1. The room was not cleaned, the feces under
the bed is very stinks.
2. The toilet is not brushed and it has yellow
scale and it feels dirty.
3. I like swimming, but the water is cool and I
must find an employee to turn on the lights.
No one manages, feels unsafe.
4. Berakfast is ordinary, service is pool.

Overall, management must be improved.
