I personally recommended this restaurant 5 of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This restaurant provides good, friendly, and pleasant service. Overall my assessment, this place is very cozy, the table is clean, the room is air-conditioned, and the toilet is very clean, what a good service! nice ????????.
The added value for this restaurant is entertainment for kids, they not only offer chaky meal but also provide crayons and drawing paper with chaki and friends in it, so that children become more comfortable while in the restaurant ????????????????????

KFC Seturan is very clean with Thier friendly staffs. All menus have the same taste with other KFC store.

Located at Merapi Merbabu Hotel this place is not that crowd, quite comfort to eat and chilling..it has two floor and has smoking area at the first floor...

Ordered five pieces of chicken (plus 2 rice) for delivery. When I received the order, I was disappointed to find out that they had given me breasts for all five pieces of chicken. Perhaps it's my fault for not indicating precisely which parts I want when ordering via the Grab application. But I assumed that if order five pieces, I would get a good mix of different parts, or the store would ask me via chat...
More problematically, the meat was very dry and the skin was not crispy at all. They tasted nothing like the usual stuff from KFC. Even the rice didn't taste good (again, very dry). I couldn't finish the order because they tasted genuinely awful.. felt like a complete waste of Rp. 120k. I won't be ordering from this branch again.

Cozy places like always. But i still dont know why the taste feel so much different at this current situation or maybe they make the recipe less bcz of the covid or is it bcz i bought the promo menu one. Idk why the taste change so much

DISAPPOINTING. NOT FRESH.

I hate ordering fast food from Gojek. The food is never fresh. The fries are old and gross. They have no standards for their pick up services.

Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

If there's one thing I dislike about this place.. it's just the TIGHT parking space for motorcycles. Seriously. Things are worse in busy hours. Everything else is likeable.
