Actually this place has a potential.. but, a lot of things that need to be fixed.
1. The mic voice sound is terrible.
2. They allow people smoke at the waiting room without turning off the air conditioner.
3. Their customer service is not good enough. I was ordering a room via phone and asked whether the promo that they offered was still available. . , and they said ok and i was listed to their guest list. They also said the room was available.
But i was shocked when i arrived there, they said the promo can not be ordered via phone, so they want me to re order and wait for the room till available. . (After my friend complain, they allow us to get the promo price via phone as i requested)

Surprisingly, their service in place is so good. They are friendly enough, the bathroom is clean, they have a bigger room (than other karaoke house).

Hope you can be better next time.

One of the newest karaoke place in Yogyakarta. The sound was really clear. Love the atmosphere. Very suitable for hanging around with friends. And the staffs were really friendly.

I was invited by my friends to enjoy singing at this place. It's my first time visiting GLOW. However, overall, I enjoy all of thing they provided for. recommended ????

been here tonight, got voucher for 1hr free so we paid only 80K for 2hrs. service is good, friendly receptionists. sound system not so good moreover the bass, i can hear other karaoke from other room too. Most importantly that they allowed ppl to smoke inside so they sprayed a lot of freshener to reduce the smell, that make us feel quite sick. the song lists are up to date but quite mainstream, if your music taste is a lil unique you will not find much

It's easy to find it from the street. Still newbie in Yogyakarta. Their place not that wide enough. Also they allow peoplw to smoking, it's a quite annoying ???????? well, their service is friendly enough. The rule is too strict when people don't allow to bring drink from outside also their security has rights to check our beg ???????? their karaoke room is far from good, they need to apply more bass. But their song more updated from other place. I absolutely do not recommend you to order food here, it's too expensive also their taste a bit far from good. Well, the cost more cheaper than other place

I can't find Mushola and the most annoying thing is I found customer service allowed to smoke at the waiting room (AC area).
I'm displeased with the security checking our bags, that's our privacy!!!
Just tell us about that, but don't scrutinized our bags. It's not like that we bring food u0026 drink with purpose, we come/will go from/to other places too. And have them packed from home is not a crime.
[Allowed cigarette -u003e harm for others]
[Not allowed drink -u003e human need]

Medium room (max 8) is too small for 6 people.
The songs collection is not so update.
Nevertheless the service is good u0026 friendly.

Not really crowded.some of my my favourite songs are not available on playlist.there is also a stage for you to sing a song in lobby.they have a good sound system.this place also attractive with a promotion
