This my first experience on playing golf, so I cannot compare it to other places, but from my experience the place has 18 holes with excellece facilities, such as golf cart access on the field, friendly and experience caddies, locker room equipped with shower and mushola, club house, golf equipments store, restfrom in almost every hole, fair green and well maintained grass etc. However, the one that astonished me thr most was the views of Mount Merapi as the background... really love it.

The facilities are old but smooth, and the course design is very good. However, some of the caddies lack skills, and some lack service or expression to the point that they don't want to tip. However, there are many caddies who have a lot of experience and are very good at progress. Recently, the price has been raised too much. Also, there are too many unmanned players.
It's not as famous as it used to be. Feeling like you're going backwards?

Lovely course and if the weather behaves some great views of Mt Merapi.

Best times for golf are Monday or Tuesday morning, for best rates and when the weather settled before afternoon rain

The course has some challenging holes and the week drained fairways and greens run fast even after rain. The greens themselves are small and challenging to hit and stick, often protected by deep pot bunkers.

I played on two consecutive days and enjoyed the golf immensely.

Superb course. Beautiful view and nice weather makes the course even more enjoyable. Not the easiest course (probably one of the toughest), but it’s well worth it.

3 and half stars. Narrow fairways with green speed's 9. Pro active caddies as well. In the morning, can see Merapi Mountain clearly at hole 15. A good place to take photos.

Fantastic place to play golf and enjoy your time in beautiful cold weather and see the golden peak of mount merapi

Love this place.! 18holes carved out of an active Mount Merapi volcano. Local food in the restaurant was good.
