During my stay there was a water supply cut and a power cut. On one of the mornings there was no hot water. Plus, water always took a long time to arrive : for the first minute or so I always had cold water. The ventilation system is old and not efficient (it's not a modern AC). On top of that, my access card was systematically deactivated, every day I had to go to reception to ask to give me a working one. The bedsheet was short and didn't cover the entire bed. Finally, it would have been helpful to have the usual hotel "Please make up the room / Do not disturb" sign), so that the housekeeper wouldn't knock on the door when I'm just out of the shower.
As to the good aspects, the staff are really polite and available. Also, a big thank you to them for allowing me to check in early.
