Nice hotel, good services. Nice location also, however the lobby is located at level 1. You have to park your car first then going up to check in. The parkirng lot also not comfortable. If you are using driver it will not be a big deal. Overall good, bfast was quite standard.

The hotel doesn't have a ground level lobby so you must go up from the basement. Other than that, the hotel has a great service, great and friendly staff, room is good enough, and the breakfast food selection is tasty enough. Very recommended to stay if you travel to Semarang.

Actually I was quite surprised and a bit disappointed that the hotel and the bedroom are 'aged', modest and small. I thought it would be not far different from Tentrem. But I enjoyed my stay there for three nights.

Good points:
- Location is strategic.
- Breakfast is quite variative and delicious. Especially love the salads, pasta and white eggs omelette.
- Staffs are friendly and helpful.
- Internet speed is fast
- Bath towels are white u0026 fluffy enough
- Toiletries set is okey

Rooms for improvement:
- Room carpet should be washed or changed since many dirty/black spots found.
- Bathroom walls under the shower need to be cleaned more thoroughly.
- Fitted bed sheets need to be flattened out everytime you make up the bed, not only the bed cover/blanket.
- Used mug(s) should be changed with clean/new one(s)
- Miso soup should remain hot.

One of recommended hotels in Semarang to stay in. The facilities were complete, such as toiletries, public area, swimming pool, bar and so on. The ambience was very nice along with excellent service by super friendly staffs. I stayed for 2 nights and booked a room with breakfast which tasted good enough. Moreover, I ordered some foods and bevs for lunch and dinner, suprisingly all was really yummy, especially the coffee and bakmi Jawa goreng. It was so lovely moment to have short escape on weekend in Chanti. See you soon. Thanks a bunch.

The best bfast place 4 star in semarang, starting from local food, western, thematic menu, shusii dimsum, live sweet corner traditional, cold cut cheese platter. Amazing at area semarang. ???????????? i ever meet with humble general manager.

Our room was good - cosy small and clean . The check-in staff were very polite and accommodating- manage to get us a room with view. Lots of choices for breakfast - javanese porridge, noodles , eggs BUT our issue was with the salad - lettuces were not wash !! It's served as one whole unwash head of lettuces - we can still see dirt on the lettuce leaf .
Apart from this hygiene issue during breakfast our stay in Chanti was good.

The service is very good, food is good. Room is small with big bed. Location is in the middle of the city but if you bring medium MVP (eg. Toyota Innova) and SUV (eg. Mitsubishi Pajero sport) size and above, don't park to upper level Parking Lot (P2 above) because the space is very narrow
