Simpang Lima is reachable by walking, affordable price, comfy enough. But my door room and bathroom can't be closed properly without give a little bit strength to close it.

CS is very helpful, affordable prices, good room design, but the pillows and bed covers are very dirty. lots of stains. cleanliness needs to be improved.

Don't bring your cat, there's not enough room to swing it. Room was clean and basic and enjoyed a quiet nights sleep. Check in and check out were straight forward . Beware there's limited parking so had to park on street.

Nice room, tidy, but too strict. I requested late check out but it was accepted only if I paid certain amount of money.

Located at fair distance from Simpang Lima, nearby several eateries, three minimarkets and one supermarket with food court (in the hospital building across the main road).
Rooms are kinda compact and simple. Tidiness is not bad, but could be improved.
In particular the towels should be changed to something colorful, horribly greyish.
The hotel has breakfast available, but haven't tried because I'm not sure it's worth the price difference.

I think its a rather new hotel. The room is small, but its nice and clean. The bathroom is also small, but its clean and the exhaust fan works fine, however there's a leak in the toilet shower, i hope they will take care of it soon. The only think that im annoyed with is the fact that they have thin walls, i can hear people talking or walking, so if youre wishing to stay in a quite hotel, think twice. The location is ok, near Simpang Lima. Overall, with this price, its a recommended place to stay

The room and bed are not super clean but they're quite nice to spend the night at. Staffs are friendly and helpful. But if you found the room or bathroom odor a bit disturbing , buy some cheap air freshener (and naphthalene ball for the bathroom).
