Location is good, very near to simpang lima. Problem is when you bring your own car, this place has not enough parking space for all guest.

We pay it cheap so we already not expect much for the room and furniture. But the room was smell not good.

The worst part was the service. We could accept if the doorman was just not helpful, but he was being impolite. The owner should be aware of it.

This homestay has a great location, only 5 mins to simpang lima area. The price is very reasonable. The room are nice and clean, but it's little bit smell not good (seems like damp), and it just has one plugged.
There are amenities and two bottles of water for the guests. Btw, this hotel just have a stairs and a small parking area.

I got a very reasonable price when I spent a night here. It only costed me no more than 250k/night. Comparing the price with the facility and cleanliness was just unfair. If you're looking for a budget homestay/hotel in Semarang, this one should be on your list.

The place is so close with Simpang 5 central of Semarang just 5-10 min by walking. The room is clean and comfort but only available one plug. The nice poin is you possible to check in after 5 am before 12 afternoon without additional cost, it'll helpfull right

Good hotel, u can go to the room before 12am. But better to have room in lv.1 because in the night room upstair doesnt has water flow
