Firepot, not so fire after all.

Came here for the buy 1 get 1 hotpot promo. We tried this set
1. Kaldu ayam (3/5)
- taste just okay, not so special
2. Daging Sapi Iris (4/5)
- meat was soft, good enough for a hotpot
3. Dumpling (3/5)
- standard taste dumpling
4. Kulit tahu (3/5)
- standard
5. Saus kacang (1/5)
- this is the worst saus kacang I have eaten, not anything like the one I usually eat at shabu places. Doesn't taste good at all
6. Saus suki manis (4/5)
- this sauce is not bad at all

But overall, I think there are plenty other hotpot places that are better. Hence, I don't think I will come back for their hotpot.

A bit skeptical when I first came here, mostly because of the interior design and restaurant logo.

Ordered a set menu for two and some dim sum; hakaw, siumai, vinegar dumplings, fried sesame balls and carrot cake.
The dim sum choices are limited.

The beef in the set menu is so tender. The prawns are quite big yet fresh. Chose the chicken stalk as the soup which is subtle yet simple.

The carrot cake is way too spicy and salty to my taste.

The hakaw and siumai are just okay but I love the fried sesame balls though.

They also provide ice creams where you can just grab as many as you want from an ice box.

Nice place for dinner in PIK avenue mall, no time limit for eat, have free ice cream, kiddos happy and get free voucher 50K for next visit for each 250K spent

Ho ho ho. This is the place I visits most in PIK Avenue. The price is affordable, and they always offers cashback in vouchers for next visits. So, you know why I come back here often.

The food here is never disappointing. Whether you after the dim sum or hot pot. They drop the porridge menu, though. Too bad cause it is my favourite.

Everything is good. My favorite is cheese broth. The hot pot is handmade, so only quality food with none of those frozen stuff.

It's been a while since I had my meal here, but the service was always good. Not this time, but the bad service came from the cashier. I merely asked if there was a promotion with one of the bank, and she kept saying "None, none" without looking at me. Then I asked again because I was sure there is one, but she replied the same way.

I went ahead and take out my phone to check the promotion, and only then she told me the promotion is not valid on weekends. Well, why not say it right from the start that it's not valid today? Because it's true. It's still valid on other days. She even slammed her EDC machine back to me.

I don't think I'll ever come back again considering the poor attitude of the cashier. This restaurant ain't cheap and I had to pay the service charge with this kind of attitude? No, thanks.

My family favorite hotpot restaurant. We like their original broth and the cheese one. Take their package complete with set of veggies, meatball and meat. All of them So fresh.

Their dimsum was very good. They have the besr XO carrot cake and fried prawn dumplinh with mayo.

And the one I almost forget, their ice tea was very good. ????????

Dont forget to get Aice ice cream for free

I eat alone so maybe they don't pay much attention to me. Waited 15min and my soup already boiled 2/3 of soup left. They saw me sitted very long without food and finally chase for me. The Tomato soup is ok. Rest of food is normal. Prefer Haidilao, full attention by refilling my drinks 5 times and better food quality.
