Good food! Reasonable price.
Been here twice to eat the grilled chicken,the first one was perfectly moist but the second time was kind of undercook in some parts. Also,the sautee mushrooms is my favourite. Steak was good too. Burger was alright..

Located in PIK Avenue GF next to Starbucks, this newly opened American restaurant features open kitchen where you can observe the meat grilling process in Argentine style which is using wood as the source of fire. The interior is decorated in classic American style with dim lit ambience u0026 chill music in the background. From the look of it, one could definitely sense the fancy dining experience here.

On our 1st visit we deciced to give a try on some of Bara signature/specialty dishes:
- Crispy Pig Ears: deep-fried flour-coated pig ears topped with cayenne pepper u0026 parsley, definitely a great starter! Overall the taste was savoury, crispy on the outside u0026 juicy inside.

- Double Bone in Pork Chop with Spiced Honey Glaze, Apple Butter u0026 Bara Pork Spice (this menu requires 30 mins cooking time). Typical of American cuisine, the seasoning is mild so don’t expect strong/rich spices here. The meat used is of high quality u0026 very fresh so despite minimum spices the pork chop taste great in itself. The grilling was also well done hence resulting in great texture, the thick slices of pork chop with thin layer of fat was not chewy at all. It goes well with the sweet Apple butter sauce.

- Bucatini Carbonara: for me as a pasta lover this pasta is impressive! Non-creamy savoury carbonara cooked al dente, topped with juicy pork bacon u0026 soft egg (you can also opt for well-done egg) yummm~ The only downside was it got too salty as we dig in, the rest was perfect ????????

* Conclusion
+ Pros: A heaven for meat lovers, cozy dining experience.
- Cons: Pricey, perhaps need to consider giving attractive promo to attract more crowds.

Bara, located at pik avenue.
Their decor is great, the food delicious, for a high class restaurant, their price is expensive, but all the food that I order is delicious.
Steak Frites, I ask for medium well, they cook it to the perfection, the meat is tender, i just need to bite it, no need knife to cut it, the taste is great. 5/5
Sautéed mushroom, they cook it very well. 5/5
Bara Rotisserie Chicken, although they used vinegar(i have maag), I just taste so little, so it is not affect me, the chicken, wow, I like it, the meat is tender, not dry, it's delicious. 5/5

Having a sunday lunch meeting with some young enterprenuer. I order some veggie, pasta and Stokyard Ranch Tomahawk steak.

For drink we just order sparkling water with some lemon in it.

The Tomahawk taste so good, juicy and tender. Pasta and salad also taste yummy.

Googling direction to this resto is inaccurate. It is located inside PIK Avenue and google directed us to a housing cluster.
Got nice ambience but the same song has been played twice in our 1 hr visit.
Love it when they introduce their speciality, whats fresh today and whats fave without us asking.
Like the combination of the saltiness from sausage boar with side pickled.
Pork chop with Apple puree is ok, like the honey glazed.
Overall, food is well prepared.
Will be back to try another menu.

Pork chop was pretty good. Barramundi wasn't very fresh and was over-seasoned. Good service . They cancelled our barramundi.
