I booked a room via third party and the e-ticket was successful. Theni I start checking in, but the receptionist said at the first-time sorryee are fully booked, he asked me to sit and wait in the lobby. In a few minutes I came back to the receptionist then he check the computer and then there's my room. Before he gave me the key ask me IDR 100k to deposit. Well I'm entering my room and checking here's i want to crying.
Bath tube is discoloured with the water quality, it also affect the toilet. Very disappointed.
When I start to lay down on the bed I smell the bed cover is not fresh at all seems like somebody sleep there and they really didn't change the bed cover so very disgusting. I will not came back and even recommend this hotel to any people, animal, and even trees.
