The best from this hotel is the location. It's near from city centre and passed over many public transportation. The facilities are quite good, and also the service was good. But the room and the food should be improved.

Food need improvement. Book for a non smoking room, got a smoking room. WiFi only work on cellphone, doesn't work on laptop. Limited parking space.

Plus side, room is quite big. Decent service, strategic location, near supermarket n food court.

I booked 3 rooms for check in on 25th dec. One of another reservation did not show up. While i check in the reception guy told me that Oyo and Putra Mulia Hotel has no partnered anymore since 21st dec. So they cancelled my reservation and said that i can move to other oyo property called oyo 1359 Amertha Residence look like guest house. Hey !!! Are joking with me? You cancelled my reserveation without any notice and telling me before !! Everything confirmed before 21st dec and i was called the hotel that all settled and confirmed. This is my terrible ever book with oyo hotel. I trust you guys for my budget hotel list but now you dissapointed my holiday. This need to investigate. And i came along with my big families and kids. Then i meed to find another good hotel. Be careful to book this oyo 319Putra Mulia Hotel at any site and hopefully this won't happen to anybody.

Great place to stay for business travelers. Spacious room, great meal and very clean hotel. And it located at the very center of Medan, you get easy access to many places in just a few minutes drive from the hotel. If you looking for budget hotel that worth your money, Putra Mulia is the right place for you
